On July 15th, Commissioner Cui Jianchun met with Sophie Muller, the Representative of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in China. 

Commissioner Cui elaborated on the historical background and major significance of the Global Governance Initiative, and introduced the successful practice of 'One Country, Two Systems' in Hong Kong .The two sides exchanged views on international refugees affairs.
