On September 12, 2024, Commissioner Cui Jianchun met with Foreign Minister of Belarus H.E. Maxim RYZHENKOV.

Commissioner Cui briefed H.E. Maxim RYZHENKOV on the third plenary session of the 20th Communist Party of China Central Committee，and said under the strategic guidance of the two heads of state, China-Belarus relations have maintained a strong momentum of development. He hoped that Belarus would seize the opportunity of China's further opening up and deepen mutually beneficial cooperation.

H.E. Maxim RYZHENKOV spoke highly of the bilateral relations and said that he will work with Chinese side to continuously promote Belarus-China relations.

The two sides also had in-depth exchanges of views

on the cooperation between the Hong Kong SAR and Belarus and other issues of mutual interest.
