Commissioner Cui presented the Consul General Bauyrzhan with the exequatur. He briefed the Consul General on the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the successful practice of "One Country, Two Systems" in Hong Kong, as well as Hong Kong’s unique advantages. He encouraged Mr. Consul General to seize Hong Kong’s development opportunities and further promote exchanges and cooperation between Hong Kong and Kazakhstan in various fields.
