On December 10, Commissioner Cui Jianchun received a courtesy call from New CG of India Mr. Rajesh Narayan Naik. Deputy Commissioner Mr. Hua You, the commercial consul of the Indian Consulate General in Hong Kong and others participated.

Commissioner Cui presented Consul General Naik with the exequatur. He briefed the Consul General on the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the successful practice of "One Country, Two Systems" in Hong Kong, as well as Hong Kong’s unique advantages. He encouraged the Consul General to seize Hong Kong’s development opportunities and further promote exchanges and cooperation between Hong Kong and India in various fields.

Consul General Naik stated that India highly values the unique advantages of "One Country, Two Systems" in Hong Kong, and that he would play an active role in promoting India-China relations and deepening exchanges and cooperation between India and Hong Kong.
