Commissioner Liu Guangyuan Met New CG of Colombia

On 3 November 2022, Commissioner Liu Guangyuan received a courtesy call from new CG of Colombia Mr Luis Fernando Orozco Barrera and issued the exequatur to him.

Commissioner Liu briefed the CG on the major outcomes and great significance of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China as well as the successful practice of “one country, two systems” in Hong Kong. They also had an in-depth exchange of views on China-Colombia relations and Hong Kong-Colombia cooperation.
