On 16 November 2021, Commissioner Liu Guangyuan received a courtesy call from new CG of Israel Mr Amir Shlomo Laty and issued the exequatur to him. Commissioner Liu exchanged views with the CG on China-Israel relations, Hong Kong-Israel cooperation and positive changes in Hong Kong.
