Commissioner Liu Guangyuan Met Outgoing CG of Kuwait and New CG of Argentina

On 21 September 2021, Commissioner Liu Guangyuan met with outgoing CG of Kuwait Mr Salah Hamdan Alsaif and received a courtesy call from and issued the exequatur to new CG of Argentina Mr Gonzalo Javier Sabate. Commissioner Liu exchanged views with the two CGs on bilateral ties and practical cooperation between their countries and Hong Kong.
