Notice on the Arrangement for Holders of Virtual APEC Business Travel Card

In order to further facilitate the travel of business personnel from the Asia-Pacific region, starting from May 1st 2023, virtual ABTC holders will be allowed to enter the Mainland of China with no need to apply for new visas .


As transitional arrangements, if virtual ABTC holders need to visit the Mainland of China before May 1st 2023, the Commissioner's Office of China's Foreign Ministry in the Hong Kong S.A.R will provide necessary facilitation in visa application.
